Set to start construction in Q1 of 2025, this community will be located in a newly formed tax abated area under the City of Columbus CRA guidelines. In addition the property is located in an Opportunity Zone. This will provide ownership with strategic tax benefits including a tax credit equal to 10% of total project cost. Franklinton is the growing music and arts community in Downtown Columbus with multiple live music venues adjacent to the property providing a 24/7 entertainment district to residents of Retreat at Franklinton.
