Rocky Point Partners (RPP) was founded in 2017 by two lifelong Columbus residents with a mission to bring innovative real estate development on niche sites throughout the Central Ohio region. RPP is an opportunistic real estate company that develops self-storage, residential and mixed use projects including renovations and new construction.
