Retreat at Canal was recently completed by RPP and is 140 units of luxury apartments off Gender Road. This project was located in an tax abated area and was on time, on budget and exceeded proforma.

Clubhouse amenities include 24/7 fitness, a luxury resort style swimming pool, open clubhouse, electric car chargers and a dog park. Interior unit finishes include stainless steel appliances and granite countertops.

These building plans have since been replicated for Retreat at Stelzer (under construction) and Retreat at Granville (Q1 2025 construction)
