Rocky Point partnered with Prestige Storage on the development of 70,000+ square feet on a Class A storage facility located minutes from downtown Delaware. Phase I was completed at the end of 2022. Lease up is strong and Phase II will begin shortly. Total project cost for both phases budgeted at $8,000,000.
